Our Delivery Service

Once you have made your purchase with Mamacita, we know we are just a step away from passing on this excitement and joy of receiving. We want this final step of our journey to you to be as smooth as possible, so please take a moment to read how our delivery works below. 

 

Local Delivery - Singapore

We aim to process all paid orders within 2 business days and all processed orders will be delivered within 3 business days. We are also pleased to offer free delivery for orders over S$120.

If you need an urgent delivery, simply drop us a note at sales@mamacitabox.com or leave a comment under special instructions for us at shopping cart and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Additional charges apply for restricted zones such as Sentosa, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, PSA Ports, SATS, Aerospace zones, Shipyards, Airline Road, Airport Cargo Road, Airport zones, ALPS, MINDEF bases and Checkpoints.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Postal Locked Bag, Postal Window Delivery Service, VBOX, My Mail Box, My Singpost Box.

 

* Shipping Method: Shipping method may vary depending on the size of the items that we may offer in our shop. For example, if we sell an item that cannot fit in an envelope, it may have to go in a box, which will cost more to ship locally. We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipping your products to you within the range selected (for example, registered mail, or via courier). 

** Delivery Times: Delivery times are only estimates, and services are provided by third parties. This means that we cannot be responsible for delivery times or services once your order is shipped out. Please expect delays during peak periods (e.g. Christmas). We also cannot be responsible for orders or items that are lost.

 

Self-Collection within Singapore

Self-collection is currently available as an option on our checkout page only for Milestone Boxes from Monday to Friday (12pm - 7pm) and Saturday (10.30am-1pm) at 201 Henderson Road, Apex@Henderson, #06-04.

 

International Delivery

We are delighted to offer worldwide delivery service outside of Singapore for our products (with the exception of a handful of countries) and are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over S$250.

A flat rate of S$25 applies for all other international orders and delivery time may vary from 7-15 working days depending on shipping address.

To ensure smooth delivery, we only use registered mail or courier, which also allows for traceability in the event of delays. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for items lost during transit.


Important Points to Note:

  • Do double check your shipping address as we will not be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incorrect delivery details.
  • For purchases within Singapore, a re-delivery fee of S$8 will apply in the event that the recipient is not around to receive their Monthly or Trimester Boxes.
  • For purchases outside Singapore, custom and import duties may be charged when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These charges have to be paid by the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for current charges. We do not offer refunds if you refuse the package due to custom charges.
